Aspora Gamified Campaign - Terms and Conditions

(Last updated November: 2025)

Please read these Aspora Gamified Campaign - Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to “T&Cs”) before entering the Gamified Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign”). You agree that, by participating in this Campaign, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Campaign eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs form a binding legal agreement between you and Real Transfer Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Aspora”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The following users shall be referred to as “Eligible Users” for the purposes of this Campaign:

  • (a) The Campaign is open to users who are registered and onboarded on the ‘Aspora’ App in the United Kingdom (UK) and United Arab Emirates (UAE), both new users and existing users.
  • (b) Employees of Aspora and their immediate family members, as well as any of Aspora's partners or suppliers, are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign starts at 12 PM local time on 14th November 2025 and ends at 12 PM local time 15th November 2025. 

The Campaign shall be valid only during the specified Campaign Period. Aspora may extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Eligible Transactions

3.1. To qualify, the Eligible Users must:

(a). For UK Eligible Users- complete a transaction of at least GBP 100 (One hundred Pounds Sterling) (“UK Minimum Transaction Amount”) through the ‘Aspora’ App from UK to India (“UK Eligible Transaction”).

(b). For UAE Eligible Users- complete a transaction of at least AED 500 (Five hundred Dirhams) (“UAE Minimum Transaction Amount”) through the ‘Aspora’ App from UAE to India (“UAE Eligible Transaction”).

UK Minimum Transaction Amount and UAE Minimum Transaction Amount are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Minimum Qualifying Transaction Amount”. UK Eligible Transaction and UAE Eligible Transaction are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Eligible Transaction” for the purpose of this campaign.

3.2. For clarity, any transaction with a value below the Minimum Transaction Amount shall not be considered an Eligible Transaction.

3.3. This Campaign is applicable on only one Eligible Transaction per Eligible User, during the Campaign Period.

4. Rewards Structure

4.1. Rewards for Eligible Users: 

(a) Assured Reward: Each Eligible User based (i) in the United Kingdom (UK) will receive a minimum reward of GBP 5 (Five Pounds Sterling); and (ii) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will receive a minimum reward of AED 25 (Twenty-Five Dirhams).

(b) Lucky Draw Reward: In addition to the Assured Reward, Aspora will select three (3) winners each day at random from among all Eligible Users who have successfully completed an Eligible Transaction on that day. Each UK Winner will receive a cash prize of up to GBP 500 (Five Hundred Pounds Sterling). Each UAE Winner will receive a cash prize of up to AED 2500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dirhams). Selection of winners for Lucky Draw Reward shall be made at Aspora’s sole discretion, and Aspora’s decision shall be final and binding on all participants. Assured Reward and Lucky Draw Reward shall collectively to be referred to hereinafter as “Reward”.

(c) The Reward will be credited to the Eligible User's Aspora account within 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days after the successful completion of the Eligible Transaction.

(d) The Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment outside the Aspora Platform. Aspora reserves the right to modify the Reward structure or disbursement timeline at its discretion without prior notice, provided such modification does not adversely affect Rewards already earned.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

5.1. System Overload: In case of a surge in transfers due to the Campaign, delays caused by system overload may be considered an external factor, and Aspora reserves the right to review the Reward eligibility.

5.2. Erroneous Transactions: Any transaction that is reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, or fails compliance checks shall automatically be disqualified.

5.3. Incorrect Reward Distribution: If any errors occur in Reward distribution, Aspora will rectify them within a reasonable time frame after verification.

5.4. Regulatory Compliance: The Campaign is designed to comply with UK and UAE financial regulations and advertising standards. Any unintended compliance issues will be addressed promptly to maintain full compliance.

6. General Conditions

6.1. Aspora reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Users who is found to be in violation of these T&Cs or who manipulates the Campaign in any way. Any attempt to exploit the Reward system by creating fake delays, multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the Campaign and potential account suspension.

6.2. Winners will be chosen at random from among all qualifying Eligible Transactions. Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee selection or receipt of any Reward.

6.3. Aspora reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

6.4. All applicable taxes, fees, or levies arising out of or in connection with the Reward shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.5. The Eligible Users agree and acknowledge that the Campaign may be affected by external factors which are reasonably outside the control of Aspora including but not limited to bank holidays, international sanctions, technical issues within third-party banks or partners or other events outside Aspora’s direct control.

6.6. Aspora shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including, but not limited to, any technical failures or fraudulent activities by Eligible Users.  

6.7. The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the UK. Any dispute, difference or question arising out of this Campaign shall be settled amicably between the parties, failing which the same shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales.

6.8. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Users voluntarily release Aspora and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or misuse of Rewards or refunds received pursuant to the Campaign. This includes liability stemming from the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Campaign, even if Aspora is negligent. Participants also agree to indemnify and defend Aspora from any claims arising from their breach of these T&Cs or the provision of their personal details. Aspora is not liable for any technical issues, such as hardware or software errors, network problems, or data transmission issues, that may affect the operation or disbursal of Rewards/refund.

6.9. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Users agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Aspora is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from participation in the campaign outside of the Reward or refund for new users as described above.

7. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the provisions of the terms of Aspora Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply to all Participants.

Nesse Technologies Inc (registration number 1000398647) is another entity that operates under the Aspora brand and is incorporated in Ontario, Canada. It has its registered office at Unit C6 - 80 Birmingham St, Toronto, ON, Canada, M8V3W6. Nesse Technologies Inc. is registered and regulated by Financial Transactions and Report Analysis Centre (FINTRAC), Canada as a Money Service Business (MSB) registration number: M23142925.

Each of Aspora's entities, i.e. Real Transfer Limited and Nesse Technologies Inc provide users of the platform (or clients) access to payment services in a number of operating jurisdictions. Client(s) funds remain segregated and are held in safeguarding until the payment transfer is complete.

Payment services in the UAE are provided through a partner, Lulu International Exchange LLC, which is regulated by the Central Bank of UAE. Client(s) deal directly with Lulu International Exchange LLC via platform.

In the United States, Aspora’s money transfer services are provided by Vance Money Services LLC, registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business (MSB Registration Number: 31000302683150) and licensed or otherwise authorized to provide money transmission services in the jurisdictions where it operates. Aspora is not a bank. Funds are held at Column Bank, member FDIC.
